4. Operating the Appliance

• Readthisinstructionmanualcarefullyfirstbeforeoperatingyourmeatgrinder.

• Taketheappliancecarefullyoutofitsbox.Wipetheappliancewithaclean,damp

cloth to remove the possible dust.

• Washallthepartsandaccessoriescarefullyanddrytheappliancewithacleancloth.

Be very careful when cleaning the blade since it is extremely sharp.

• Placetheapplianceinahard,dryandflatsurface.

Preparation for use (Figure 3 and Figure-4)

• Holdthefeedingtubeandplacethespiraldriverintothefeedingtube.

• Placethebladewiththesharpedgesfacingoutsidetotheaxisofthespiral

driver.

• Placetheplatetothefrontoftheblade.

• Screwthegrindercover.

• Placethefeedingtubeinsidethemotorsection.

• Securethelock.

• Placetheremovabletraytothetopofthefeedingtube.

• Plugtheappliancetothesocket.Yourmeatgrinderisreadyforuse.

Suggestions

• Segregatethemeatfromitsbones,catilagesandnervesbeforegrinding.

• Chopthemeatintosmallpiecesandplacethemoverthetray.

• Placeabowlunderthegrindercover.

• TurnontheappliancebyusingtheOn/OffSwitch

• Pushthemeatinsidefeedingtubebyusingthefeeder.CAUTION!Neveruseyout

fingers to push the meat inside the grinder for your own safety.

Using the Sausage Funnel (Figure-5)

• Byusingthisaccessoryyoucanmakeallkindsofsausagesandsoujouksfor

your taste.

• Grindthemeatfirstandaddalldifferentspicesandflavorsaccordingtoyourtaste.

• Removethegrindercover.

• Removetheplateandblade.

• Firstplacetheflange,thenthesausagefunnelinfrontofthespiraldriver.

• Putthegrindercoverback.

• Yourapplianceisreadytomaketastysausagesandsoujouks!

• Beforechangingtheaccessories,makesurethatthemachineisswitchedoffor

it is unplugged.

Using the Meat Balls (Stuffing) Funnel (Figure-6)

• Byusingthisaccessoryyoucanmakeallkindsofstuffedmeatballsforyour

taste.

• Grindthemeatfirstandaddalldifferentspicesandflavorsaccordingtoyour

taste.

• Removethegrindercover

• Removetheplateandblade.

• Firstplacetheflange,thenthestuffingfunnelinfrontofthespiraldriver.

• Putthegrindercoverback.

• Yourapplianceisreadytomaketastystuffedmeatballs!

• Beforechangingtheaccessories,makesurethatthemachineisswitchedoffor

it is unplugged.

5. Cleaning and Maintenance

• Alwaysturnofftheappliancebeforecleaningormaintenance.

• Alwaysunplugtheappliance.

• Removethefeederfirst,thenthetrayandgrindercover.Detachtheblade,plate,

and the spiral driver.

• Washallthepartswithsoapywateranddrythemwithacleancloth.

• Theplateandbladeshouldbekeptgreased.Afterwashingthem,alwaysgrease

them.

• Neverputthemainbodyorthepowercordintothewaternorpourwateron

them!

• Wipetheoutsideoftheappliancewithasoapy,dampclothandalwaysdrywith

a clean cloth.

• Donotusechemicalsubstancestocleanyourmeatgrinder.

• Alwayskeeptheaccessoriesintheaccessoriesholderandthecordinit’s

housing.

• Storetheapplianceoutofthereachofchildren.

This appliance is not intended for use by persons (including children) with

reduced physical, sensory or mental capabilities, or lack of experience

and knowledge, unless they have been given supervision or instruction

concerning use of the appliance by a person responsible for their safety.

Children should be supervised to ensure that they do not play with the

appliance.
